EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility conditions:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order. The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its packaging.

2. Return process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at m.gicot@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

3. Refunds:
Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take up to 10 business days.

4. Customized products:
Personalized items are not refundable or exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
